In observance of Earth Day 2021, Temple Emanu-El and Congregation Shir Hadash are sponsoring an exclusive viewing of the inspiring, award-winning documentary film 2040 on Saturday and Sunday, April 24-25, followed by an online discussion of the film at 7pm on April 25.
Finish the registration process on this page to gain access to a free viewing of the movie on April 24-25 (or you could pay $12 to view the film at a different time, if you prefer.) You'll receive an email with a link to stream the movie at home anytime on the 24th and 25th, as well as a link to the Sunday Zoom meeting.
After you've watched the movie, join us on Zoom at 7pm on Sunday, April 25 to discuss the movie, be inspired, and create your own action plan for fighting climate change.

The film takes a solutions-based approach to how we can, using the technology we already have, mitigate the enormous global issues we currently face. The main themes/solutions looked at in the film are around: empowerment of women and girls; marine regeneration; regenerative agriculture; renewable energy; and circular economy.
